Maths Author produces on-screen worksheets these can be configured to different ability levels.
Once a collection of worksheets are produced by the Teacher, the pupil opens them up in the Maths Author - Player program.
The answers are automatically marked on-screen.
Make your own interactive worksheets on screen for Addition, Subtraction, Division, Multiplication and Decimals.
Maths Author comes with three programs:-
Addition and Subtraction.
Sum layouts include vertical and horizontal notation with three sums per worksheet.
Division & Multiplication.
Make interactive worksheets, with sums of different levels.
Decimals.
Produces floating point worksheets for addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, <, > and number order.

Maths Author lets you write the sums yourself. Alternatively use the make sums option to generate sums.A collection of worksheets are made up, which are saved as a project file.The project file worksheets are open in the Maths Author - Player. Pupils type in the answers and each worksheet is marked on screen.
Reports how many they got right!
Maths Author produces a report on the number they got right or wrong.
With Maths Author programs it is possible to write worksheets for specific levels which are unique for a pupil, once worksheets are written you can use them over and over again.
The built in marking system means no more marking maths books!
How Maths Author works :-
1.Make your worksheets in the Maths Author - Editor
2.Save the collection of worksheets as a project.
3.Open the project collection of worksheets in the Maths Author - Player.
4.Students click through each worksheet, answering sums, the program marks each sum. 5.Produces a report, that analyses the number they got right or wrong.
